The Fiat Wellness Center is an inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

It is a center where women of all ages, colors, and fitness levels can come to enhance their uniqueness and beauty through strengthening their bodies, empowering their minds, and inspiring their souls.

A place that will help them fulfill God’s greatest commandments, love Him with their heart, mind, and soul, and love others as themselves.

Just imagine:

* A center where you can come to work out as your child listens to beautiful stories that teach them virtues in Story Time or an empowerment club for girls that help them to see their true worth in Christ.

* A center of learning how amazing and doable it is to live a healthy lifestyle with classes on nutrition, sleep, hormones, and more.

* A center with workouts short and impactful to your strength as women with a full-body workout without taking you hours to accomplish.

* A center that will hold you accountable to your own growth yet give you the tools and encouragement for that growth!

* A center that will see that each person that walks through is truly a beautiful, unique daughter of an Almighty God and that each life is worth fighting for with resources for pregnancy to enhance a pro-life movement with lives!

 Monthly Membership Includes: 

Weekly Live HITT Class  -with personal trainer Daniel, who specializes in women/mother training.  This class is recorded and shared.  One will use the class at least 2 more times during the week as your weekly workout plan. Mondays at 3pm central time. Check out this recorded class that he had for one of our challenges.

 Workout w/partner – We will have different days/times available to workout w/partner for accountability following the weekly workout plan given to us by the trainer.

 Workshop – A monthly workshop with a guest speaker who specializes in Wellness of the body, mind, or soul. Date & Time to TBA. This is recorded and shared here.   January is with Melody Lyons author of The Sunshine Principle: A Radically Simple Guide to Natural Catholic Healing

 Daily Prayers – Pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet along with different novenas at 6 am central time.

 Emails – Receive daily emails with St. Faustina prayer and question to ponder as well as reminders & encouragements. 

 Teaching Modules – monthly theme teaching modules on whole-body wellness. ** January – Whole Food – Whole30

Monthly Wellness Digital Journal, with a habit tracker, prayers, novena, and more.

 Monthly Coaching Calls – a 30 minute chat to help with accountability.

Catholic Faith Story Time – with Faith & Puppets –  Children will listen to a live story done by our friends, Billy the puppet and Storyteller Christine Henderson using a classical story adding a Catholic twist. Storytime on Tuesday 2 pm central time on zoom for preschool to kindergarten but all ages welcome.  Here is a storytime that you can view from Billy & Christine.

Mighty Precious Girls Club – for ages 10 to 15, a club for girls where we will have Bible studies, workouts, games, and more.

Pro-Life Community – We will donate at least 10% to the pro-life community to help with changing the Culture of Death to Life by living out of merciful love.
